A train that has a SERIOUS defect that after fault finding can't be MOVED under its own power.

What is a Drivers Relief Authority?
A Document filled out by the driver of the disabled train and DICTATED to train controller. Once submitted the relief driver can only move the train.

Document Issued to authorise the relief train to enter the section to assist a disabled train from the REAR or the ADVANCE
