Define DRA
It’s the continuing assessment of risk in a rapidly changing environment at an Incident

What are 2 means of withdrawing people from scene of ops
1) Emergency evacuation
2) Tactical withdrawal
These plans should enable:-
Evacuates people at highest risk while protecting escape routes.
Removes people from areas where risk has become too high
Emergency evacuation
1) . IC tell everyone off location of muster point.
2) . Acme, if noisy area consider other options alongside this.
3) . Make other agencies aware and mention in briefing. When it happens inform other agencies ASAP.
4) . Roll call ensure that includes non fire service personnel too.
5) . As crews still in hazard area-offensive mode.
6) . Info message emergency evacuation in progress will time stamp DRA.
7) . No one enters without explicit ok of IC.
Tactical withdrawal
May need to redeploy or move people away from danger.
No need for roll call.
As crews still in hazard still offensive mode.
To time stamp DRA informative message should be sent stating tactical withdrawal in progress.
