A
- Rinse your hands under hot water, as hot as you can handle.
- Apply soap to hands.
- Lather and scrub hands with soap for at least 20 seconds.
- Rinse hands under hot water.
- Dry your hand with a single use towel.
- Turn off tap using single use towel and wipe down sink.

Any time raw food is handled to help avoid cross contamination.

A
- Name of product.
- Today’s Date.
- Time of day.
- ‘Use by’ date (aka shelf life).
- Preparer’s initials.

A

What are the steps for cleaning a spill?
A
- Stop what you’re doing and stay by the spill.
- Get the attention of a Team Member or Manager and ask them for assistance.
- Use a mop or towel to clean up the spill.
- Place a Wet Floor sign over the cleaned area until dry.
