What are the prerequisites for entering RVSM?

A
  1. Verify “RVSM CERTIFIED”
    - review mx log / MEL’s
  2. Walk-around: check yellow ^ RVSM marked areas on nose section. Verify air flow around static ports not inhibited. Free of contaminants.
  3. Ensure both altimeters with 75ft of each other and 75ft of field elevation on the ground
  4. Both altimeters operable in flight.
  5. Autopilot (AFCS) operational

A
