-Should have been dictatorship of the proletariat but became just Lenin dictating to Proletariat then totalitarianism under Stalin
=Maybe not major change to governance of Russia (maybe just red tsars)
WW1/Civil war/rev had dramatic events but not major changes to Russian governance
