A

Prior to initiating an approach, Pilots must confirm that landing data using BRK ACT input of 2-MED TO POOR results in a positive stopping marin whenever, at the time of arrival, there is a likelihood of:
* Heavy rain (+RA) on a grooved/PFC runway
* Moderate or greater rain (RA/+RA) on a non-grovved runway
