anytime an employees duty status is changed they will report the change to Occ health, personnel office, your immidiate supervisor and your district/division chief through channels.

annual leave:
upon termination an employee will be paid in a lump sum for unused annual leave up to but not exceeding 240 hours for 40 hour work week and 312 hours for variable work week. paid at the employees hourly rate of pay at time of seperation unless the mployee has less that 6 months continuous service or if the employee has failed to give 14 calader days notice prior to termination. one day of leave will be deducted for each calander day short of 14.
Annual military leave:
240 hours paid annually.

request should be made as far in advance of court appearance as possible so work schedules can be adjusted
