What is Biased Free Policing
Police decisions made based on a persons race, ethnicity, gender, etc.
Bias Policing Compliance: Supervisors shall do 3 things
1) Ensure personnel are familiar
2) Respond to violations with training, counseling, discipline, etc
3) Those who report bias policing are mot retaliated against
Bias Policing: How often will a summary of bias policing be submitted to Commissioner
At least annually
