1 pilot at controls at 25,000ft OR ABOVE
1 pilot at all times if above 41,000ft

Block out until 5 mins after departure

You are enroute and the destination is forecast to be below minima?
Select additional alternate or;
Continue and hold if enough fuel remains to hold until weather clears or;
Continue if alternate is forecast at least 1500ft-5000m at ETA or;
Divert
You are enroute and the alternate is forecast below alternate minima?
1) Change alternate or;
2) If total flight time is no more than 6 hours and;
1 hour either side of ETA, the forecast is 2000ft (or DA/MDA +1500ft, whichever is greater) and;
VIS of at least 5000m (or RVR/VIS +3200m, whichever is greater), you may continue.
Stabilised approach:
By 1000ft (500ft circling):
Altitude and position correct (LLZ 1/2 dot, GS 1 dot)
Airspeed and sink rate within limits (max 1000fpm, +10/-5kts)
Engine thrust is appropriate
Landing checklist complete
MEL repair intervals?
A: Specified in the previso
B: Within 3 consecutive days excluding the day the malfunction was found.
C: Within 10 consecutive days, excluding the day the malfunction was found.
When are EICAS and Status message cross reference lists applicable?
EICAS: After block out, consult list and decide
STATUS: After both engines started, may continue regardless.
