Tybalt wants to fight Romeo - - Romeo says he will not fight (knowing he is a member of Juliet’s family) - Mercutio steps up to fight Tybalt. Tybalt Kills Mercutio (who is Romeo’s closest friend). Romeo goes and Tybalt.
Romeo is then banished from the city.
How does Juliet feel about marrying Paris?
She would rather kills herself than marry Paris because she is in love with Romeo.
Why CAN’T Juliet marry Paris?
She is already married to Romeo
How does Juliet feel when she finds out that Romeo killed Tybalt (her cousin)?
Feels like it is a joke or she is being tricked. She hates Romeo - but is thankful he was not hurt.
When Paris asks Capulet again for Juliet’s hand in marriage - how does Capulet respond?
Wants it to happen and as soon as possible.
