-165 Romanian orphans
-52 orphans
-all came with intellectual disability’s
Findings
Adopted before 6moths- IQ 102 and form multiple attachments
Adopted after 6 months- IQ 86 low, disinhibited attachment
Conclusion- the younger you’re adopted the quicker and better the recovery
6 month critical period
