Permitted: honest/candid opinion concerning professional or personal fitness (auch in der Öffentlcihkeit, auch bei elections etc)

Prohibited: false statement bzw. reckless disregard for its truth or falsity

“puffing” erlaubt, sogar Lügen über eigenen Verhandlungsspielraum, lügen auch über Meinung “this opportunity is brief because business is offered at very low price, even though lawyer believes price is too high and will be offered” = OK
Grenze: statement of material fact, but permitted to make subjective statements of opinion or judgment
