Is a dynamic risk assessment tool used by frontline to assess any given situation, that involves risk with potential to cause harm.

First line:
Identifying, discussing, sharing potential risk and managing risk.
Second Line:
Districts, Service Centres, PNHQ
Management & Monitors, Overseas risk and the Application.
Third Line:
Provided by Assuranace Group & other Independents. Provides assurance & assesse, verifies controls and operations.

Means an incident involving death or a life threatening injury to any person during any police activity or to persons in police custody.
