Alcohol poisoning, v common
Most often with paracetamol - can be treated with acetylcysteine (liver protective)
Ibuprofen, aspirin - common household pain meds
Antidepressants, BZs - may be linked to MH

Management of paracetamol toxicity
A
Establish time since ingestion
Check levels of paracetamol in blood - best time 4hrs
-activated charcoal only used if ODd in last 15mins
Treatment lasts 1 day
