No marine life is left in the bay and swimming in the bay is not advisable

Migrants are forced to make their own non-weatherproof and poor quality homes
Migrants end up doing casual work (cash-in-hand) which doesn’t contribute to the economy
No law and order
Favelas controlled by cartels
