SLE: Malar rash; Vasculitic rash
Dermatomyositis: Heliotrope eyelids (dermatomyositis); Maculopapular rash (systemic JCA)
JCA: Nodules; Maculopapular rash (systemic JCA)
Scleroderma: Tight skin; Pigmentation/depigmentation
