1st line : NSAIDs
2nd line : Infliximab, etanercept, adalimumab, golimumab
**DMARDS are not indicated when there is axial involvement in rheumatic diseases.

Tx with steroid
acute GN, hemoptysis
+anti GBM (glomerular basement membrane)
Goodpasture’s syndrome
Tx with steroid, cyclophosphamide
