Trimethoprim!!

MRI scan for soft tissue damage. XR look for erosive damage

TNF alpha blocker. Jakinib is targeted

Reduced Schoeber’s test
Reduced lateral flexion

Seronegative spondylo-arthropathies?
Ankylosing spondylitis, reactive arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, enteropathic arthritis
Ix of reactive arthritis?
CRP, HLA-B27, ASOT, STI screen, US/MRI
Treatment for reactive arthritis?
Steroid injections, methotrexate, sulfasalazine
