Features of polyarteritis nodosa
Vague sx include fatigue, weight loss, abdo pain, headache and HTN
Multiple aneurysmal dilatation on mesenteric angiogram
Some link to Hep B
Features of microscopic polyangiitis
RPGN + pulm haemorrhage
p-ANCA (MPO)
Which infection if Cryoglobuminemia linked to?
Hep C
Commonly leukocytoclastic vasculitis and palpable purpura are presenting sx
Can get GN 20-60%
Dermatomyositis
Rash with/preceding muscle weakness
Heliotrope, shawl rash
Mechanics hands
Anti-Mi2 ab
Anti-TIF1 alpha
ANA
Inclusion body myositis
Weakness and atrophy of distal muscles
Usually asymmetric involvement
