A
- fever and joint pain
- Recent sore throat, chorea (jerk, irregular movements) and polyarthralgia (pain in several joints)
- erythema marginatum - weird rash

- antibiotics - oral penicillin
- NSAIDs
- commonly associated with HF

A
major - JONES
- joint involvement
- O looks like a heart
- nodules, subcutaneous
- erythema marginum
- sydenham chorea
minor - CAFE PAL
- CRP INCREASED
- arthralgia
- fever
- elevated ESR
- prolongued PR interval
- anamnesis of rheymatism
- leukocytosis
