Q

Report this hand x-ray

Major differential?

A

Joint space narrowing and erosions (wrsits, MCP, interphalangeal joints)
Erosive subluxation and ulnar deviation at the MCP joints with ulnar deviation
Destructive changes of the carpal bones and ulnar-carpal articulation
