Differentials for a multinodular goitre

A

Hyperthyroid state:
- Graves, toxic DeQuerveins, dyshormonogenesis (excess TSH stimulation i.e. THSoma)

Hypothyroid
- Hashimotos, DeQuerveins (post acute phase), simple goitre (iodine deficiency), goitrogens (following hyper phase)

Euthyroid
- physiological goitre (pregnancy, adolescence)
