- Gatton’s sign - red scaly rash over MCP & PTP joints
- Heliotrope rash - over upper eye lids
- Shawl sign - rash over upper back and neck

Treatment of Dermatomyositis
A
- Pred 0.5-2mg.kg.day for 1-2/12 then taper
