Unconsciousness, slow or no breathing, bluish skin.
How does naloxone work and how is it available?

What are the steps to respond to an opioid overdose emergency?
Check for responsiveness.
Call 911.
Give 2 rescue breaths.
Administer naloxone.
Continue rescue breathing.
Administer a second dose if needed.
Monitor until emergency help arrives.
