A
  1. Placental abruption/severe vaginal bleeding/vasaprevia/uterine rupture
  2. Tight true knot in umbilical cord/tight nuchal cord
  3. Suspected twin-twin transfusion syndrome (mono-mono, mono-di)
  4. Maternal resuscitation at delivery/perimortem circumstances
  5. Neonate a non-resuscitation candidate
  6. Clinical preference- if OB and Neonatology may discuss
  7. Other conditions with blood volume overload (e.g. hydrops, heart failure)
