  • Maintain normoxia and normocapnia, protective ventilation
  • Optimise haemodynamics (MAP, lactate, ScvO2, CO/Cl, UO)
  • Echocardiography
  • Maintain normoglycaemia
  • Diagnose/treat seizures (EEG, sedation, anticonvulsants)
  • Delay prognostication at least 72h
