Dx

• Acute onset
• Life-threatening airway (swelling, hoarse, stridor)
• Life threatening breathing (rapid, wheeze, fatigue, cyanosis, SpO2 under 92%, confusion
• Life-threatening circulation (pale, clammy, low BP, faint, drowsy, coma)
• Skin changes (usually)

Lie flat, raise legs

Adrenaline 500mcg (0.5ml, 1:1,000) IM repeat after 5min if no better

• Airway
• High flow oxygen
• IV fluid challenge: 500-1000ml crystalloid
• Chlorphenamine 10mg IM/slow IV
• Hydrocortisone 200mg IM/slow IV
• Pulse oximetry
• ECG
• Monitor BP
