- Acute onset
- Life-threatening airway (swelling, hoarse, stridor)
- Life threatening breathing (rapid, wheeze, fatigue, cyanosis, SpO2 under 92%, confusion
- Life-threatening circulation (pale, clammy, low BP, faint, drowsy, coma)
- Skin changes (usually)

Step 4 (after Dx)
A
Call for help
Lie flat, raise legs

Step 5 (after help, position)
A
Adrenaline 500mcg (0.5ml, 1:1,000) IM repeat after 5min if no better

A
- Airway
- High flow oxygen
- IV fluid challenge: 500-1000ml crystalloid
- Chlorphenamine 10mg IM/slow IV
- Hydrocortisone 200mg IM/slow IV
- Pulse oximetry
- ECG
- Monitor BP
