1) navy restricted area
East part of port Townsend hrb off walan Pt. Navy ammunition depot is on Indian is. The restricted area extends 200yrds off the pier face at each end. No one may enter the area during explosives handling/transfers. During these periods a red flag will be flown from ship and pier. A yellow flag will be flown 24hrs in advance of operations. There is a security barrier around pier marked by yellow buoys Fl Y. No one may approach or enter security barrier with out permission from COTP and naval commander
2) admiralty inlet entrance
Navy restricted area. Area that extends north and west from pt. Wilson. The use of any equipment such as anchors, fishing gear, grapnels etc may foul underwater installations within restricted area is prohibited. Dumping of any non buoyant objects in this area is prohibited. Enforced by commander naval base Seattle.
