2) Sinclair inlet naval restricted areas

A

Area 1) west of a line drawn between Bremerton ferry landing and Annapolis on the far shore. No vessel of more than 100 gross tons shall enter this area or navigate therein without permission from the enforcing agency
Area 2) area of Sinclair inlet bounded to the south and east by a line approx 100yds from the southerly end of the naval shipyard piers and dry docks. Vessels and other craft except those under the supervision of local military or naval authority, public vessels and WSF shall not enter this area without permission from enforcing agency.

3) Manchester fuel depot

A

The waters surrounding the Manchester fuel depot no person or vessel except those under supervision of the military or naval authority shall enter the area without permission of the enforcing agency. The restriction shall apply during periods with cargo transfer is taking place or pier operations preclude safe entry. The restricted periods will be identified by quick flashing lights mounted in poles at the end of the main fuel pier and on the south side of port orchard entrance to rich passage
