Time

A
  • implenting change takes time, having insufficent time to work through the change causes resistsance

-Deadlines, mananger’s announcements, delays with contractors ect… all put time restraints on a business and make it hard to achieve the change

-If a competitor moves into an industry, then ideally the business should repsosnd as quick as possible. However, sometimes the time required to change a business’s tasks and procedures or even products and services can bge avery long time.
