Abnormalities occring dring inspiration or expiration?
What is vesiclar breathing?
Rmbling or murmring quality
What is bronchial breathing?
Harsh blowing quality, gap of silence between inspiration and expiration.
Sounds transmitted from trachea and main bronchi
Examination of the front of chest
Inspection (scars, abnormalities of sternum of chest wall)
Palpation (trachea position, apex ebat. expansion, tactile vocal fremitus)
Percussion
Auscultation
Vocal resonance
