A
- Age
- Preop sats
- Respiratory infection in the last month
- Preop anaemia
- Surgical incision site
- Duration of procedure
- Emergency procedure
- Low < 26 moderate 26-44 high risk > 45

COPD?
A
- Airflow obstruction defined as FEV1/FVC < 0.7 used to diagnose COPD
- If FEV1 > 80% of predicted then diagnosis only made in the presence of symptoms

A
Snoring, tiredness, OSA, pressure, age, neck circumference and gender

- Expiration is prolonged

- Autosomal dominant inheritance
- Classified into three groups based on LVOT obstruction. - Non-obstructive, Labile and obstructive at rest
