A

Acute onset (within 1 week of a known risk factor)

Pulmonary oedema (bilateral infiltrates on chest xray)

Non-caridogenic

A

Management in ITU

Oxygenation/ ventilation to support hypoxaemia

General organ support (vasopressins as needed)
