Government (taxpayer) funding approved by Congress for a specific purpose
Continuing resolution authority
CRA
Fiscal law authority that allows the government to continue operating at a minimum level for a specific amount of time. Days to weeks when budget isn’t approved by Congress
Cost Center
CC
Organization that gathers and distributes cost data
Refers to the basic flight or work center

CCM
Regulates the daily use of work hours, supplies, equipment and services
