Unstructured interviews

When a researcher doesn’t have set questions, they will have a conversation about the topic they are researching.

A
When the researcher has set questions they will ask people whilst interviewing, and will ask them in the same order so you get a standardized scoring system.

A
When a researcher will observe groups of people and watch how they behave/respond to different situations.

Questionnaires
A
When a researcher will compile a document of questions and send them out to lots of people to get a response from many people at once.
