When you are asked to design a product that you know nothing about, its probably a good idea to do some research and investigate more about the area you are going into in order to know what you’ve got to do/expect.

There are two types of investiagtion: Primary Investigation and Secondary Investigation.

Primary Investigation
-You find new information yourself about the product your making

Secondary Investigation
-You can use other sources of information to investigate about the product.
