What do you do when you are asked to design a product you know nothing about?

A

When you are asked to design a product that you know nothing about, its probably a good idea to do some research and investigate more about the area you are going into in order to know what you’ve got to do/expect.

There are two types of investiagtion: Primary Investigation and Secondary Investigation.
