Program Evaluation Steps
A
- Evaluate mission and vision statement i.e. service delivery, qualified service providers, talk to supervisirs, policies etc
- Process evaluation, how are the processes being carried out or treatment, or are resources being delivered. Are appropriate steps being taken.
- Determine outcome to be measured.
Identify what is being done well,
Outcome evaluations are professional knowledge expertise helping client treatment or success
- Define outcomes and explore results review sucess or results of the program. What trainings are needed to help improve client outcome or goals. Identify strengths and weaknesses of program.

- Establish rapport with the community to see what they would like to see
- Needs assessment to get an outline of what needs to happen and how. What we have whats needed and who will do what.
- Solidify goals based on what the community would like to see.
- Develop a task force to gather resources, data, and to deliever services
- Evaluate the outcome

Research Steps
A
- Identify population or group or area is study, what we want to examine further
- Literature Review to examine previous findings or results or even to prove previous results. Colleague’s are included in this as well
- Choose the best research design
- Evaluate results and analyze significance of findings. Were goals and objectives met and was research design effective in collecting data.
