AKI: NICE guidelines for diagnosis
A
- increase in creatinine of more than 26 micromol/l within 48 hrs
- > =50% rise in serum creatnine within last 7 days
- Decrease in urine output to less than 0.5mL/kg/hour for more than 6 hours
