Alport syndrome
Renal aplasia or hypoplasia, double collecting system.
Unilateral aplasia or pectoralis major with ipsilateral syn-brachydactyly, hypoplasia of breast and nipple
Poland syndrome
Nephronopthisis (Anemia out of proportion to renal ds.), cystic disease, renal dysplasia.
Tapetoretinal degeneration, retinal dysplasia
Senior Loken syndrome
Renal angiomyolipomas, cystic kidneys, renal cell carcinoma.
Adenoma sebacium, epilepsy, CNS tubers, retinal phakomas
Tuberous sclerosis
Renal agenesis or ectopia, hydronephrosis, UPJ obstruction.
Vertebral anomalies, anal atresia, TE fistula, radial dysplasia, cardiac defects
VATER syndrome
Membrano-proliferative glomerulonephritis.
Dextrocardia, sinusitis, immotile cilia, bronchiectasis
Kartagener syndrome
Hematuria, proteinuria, glomerulonephritis.
Lower limb palpable purpura, abdominal pain, arthralgia
Henoch- Schonlein purpura
Multiple glomerular lesions, nephritis, nephrotic syndrome.
