The UC regs 2013 (as amended) provides the regulationf for the removal of the SRS for UC customers
How does removal of SRS work and from when
From 1 Apr 2013 where a social sector tenant is in a house that’s considered too big for their needs, they are classed as under occupying the property and the amount of rent eligible for housing benefit is reduced by the appropriate percentage

25 for 2 or more
what’s the term for this new rent figure
