What is one of the main requirements for remote entry?
A non-life-threatening situation
Should a remote procedure be attempted if the area can not stand a detonation?
No
What is the difference between direct and indirect explosive remote entry?

What is the intended purpose of a disrupter?
To open, disrupt, and/or perform render safe procedures on a device
How can a MWB system be used?
It can be used as a disablement system by itself or in combination with other disruptive tools.
When using the black box with dual bottles, what are the recommended standoff distances?
Standard load: 1-4 inches
Enhanced with C-1: 1-6 inches
Enhanced with C-4: 1-7 inches
When using 3 bottles with C-4: 1-11 inches
What must be used for simultaneous initiation of MWBs?
Equal lengths of shock tube with an instant shock tube detonator
What two bottle sizes are the normal sizes for use with MWBs?
0.5 litre and 1.5 litre
How many grains of detonating cord does the standard MWB use?
200 gr/ft detonating cord
What does the term “Enhanced MWB” mean?
It is a term used for either the standard MWB with one wrap of deta sheet OR an MWB with the tube filled with C-4 or Demex 100
How many grams of C-4 fill the plastic tube of the MWB?
- 5 litre bottle: 13.2 grams
1. 5 litre bottle: 25.4 grams
Can the MWB effectively disrupt packages containing nitro-based dynamite?
Yes
What are the recommended stand-offs for the three sizes of Hydra-Jet?
