What is the consequences of Original Sin?
for Adam and Eve, there was the loss of Eden of Paradise, loss of original grace, loss of original holiness, and loss of original justice. For all, there was suffering, death, tendency toward sin, and need for redemption
what is the understanding of original sin?
Original Sin was given to us by Adam and Eve. They didn’t follow God’s rules, so they brought into evil and sin to the world. The consequence was death. Adam and Eve had a choice between a God centered life and a self centered life- and they chose the self centered, which brought us sin instead of complete holiness.
