What is prejudice
Judging someone for no good reason or without full knowledge of the situation based of stereotypes
What is discrimination
Treating someone unfairly or differently because of that prejudice
What did the Equality Act of 2010 do
Made it illegal to discriminate against somebody on the grounds of ‘protected characteristics’

That it is unacceptable

The idea that everybody is treated fairly and gets what they need
