Conscience
One’s inner voice that differentiates between right and wrong, and helps us consider the consequences of our actions.
Conflict
The clashing or breaking down of a relationship.
Interfaith dialogue
The exploration of common ground between faiths
Just war
A war undertaken to protect the innocent or those being violated or to restore justice or peace.
Usually a last resort and has to be justified according to agreed conditions.
Pacifist
Someone who believes any form of violence of war is unacceptable, thus refraining from any form of harm towards others.
Non-violent protest.
Showing disapproval of something or making a stand without causing any means of harm or threat, usually based around a peaceful means.
Reconciliation
Restoring peace and harmony to a relationship after having had conflict by reaching an agreement between one another
Suffering
Endurance: the bearing or undergoing of pain or distress
