1) Interdisciplinary model

Interdisciplinary model
1) Working with others whose job crossovers with ours.
2) Greater team, you want to connect your goals with theirs.
Ex., Working with a PT on goals for a patient who you both have. So when the patient is working out, if they can not have plain water, you have to tell the PT and find another hydration that would work.
Multidisciplinary model
1) A lot of people working in the same place but no crossover.
Transdisciplinary model
1) Overlaps of scopes of practices.
2) Important to truly understand the other persons rule, sometimes even to the point where you could do that told if trained or with them.
