Those under this participate fully in society, live independently, and have equal opportunity to be self-sufficient through removal of barriers. Any employers with 15 or more employees need accommodations for those who need them in place. Schools, universities, colleges, etc must have rules in place to make educational requirements achievable. Public accommodations, like entertainment, recreation, etc. Telecommunication services.
