Prisons relationship with other organisations:
The judge sets the terms of imprisonment.
Prison service is government funded

Courts follow legislation set by the government, they’re also government funded.

The Police services relationship with other organisations:
Police will arrest someone who breaks the terms of their imprisonment
Police do remand people in prison
The police give evidence in court as a witness
They ensure the safe arrival of defendants in court

Follow laws that the gov have created when arresting people
CPS’ relationship with other organisations:
Appear in court to conduct the advocacy of a case
Advise the police on which direction they should take in their investigation.
Decide whether someone should be charged for a crime so the police should arrest them
Prepare a present cases to the courts.
The probation services relationship with other organisations:
Oversee offenders once they have been released from prison
The NPS will work with inmates in prison who are close to their time of release, to ensure they are prepared for their reintegration back in to society
The governments relationship with other organisations:
Funds the police, prison service and judiciary/courts.
Creates laws that the police follow when they’re arresting people
Courts follow legislation set out by the courts.
