- Relapse caused by being unable to cope in high risk situations.

What are relapses
A
- Relapse is a return to sedentary behavior after am attempt to change behavior
- Lapses are temporary set backs.
- Accumulated lapses result in relapses.

Coping with relapses
A
- Identify high risk situations for lapses and relapses
- Suggest ways to cope with these situations
- Gradual restart if lapses are unavoidable (sickness).
- Lapses are common, identify what caused the lapse and develop a plan to cope with it in future situations
