This requires the inspection and licensing of all zoos in Great Britain. It ensures that, where animals are kept in enclosures, they are provided with suitable environment to provide an opportunity to to express most normal behaviour.

What is the welfare of animals (transport) (England) order 2006?
This includes all animals in transport and invertebrates. These are some thing that have to be met when transporting:
-that there is means for inspection
-animal can be in natural position, turn around and lie down
-has good ventilation, correct bedding, given water and food accordingly
-not transported near or within sight of natural predators
