ON DUTY member shall have ID cards available and shall produce them when requested by DEPT. officials

LOST PROPERY: OFFICAL ID OR BADGE

-Officer on duty:
A. Record relevant facts in company journal
B. instruct MEMBER to report loss to PD, make search and after 7 days, failure of search to produce item
C. forward report FORThWITH to Bureau of PERSONNEL

**at the end of the 7 day period, if the badge or ID card has not been recovered an additional report shall be forwarded with recommendations, IF ANY , for DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
